Our services (“Services”) include access to a wide variety of learning content for a range of language proficiency levels. This content is available on applications (“Apps”) for various operating systems available to download on mobile and/or tablet devices, and through our website https://www.englishcoach.ai (“Website”).

If you do not wish for voice data to be processed, you should not use speaking-based features of the Services.

  • we may process educational data for the purpose of providing the Services to the Institution and its authorized users.

Users under the minimum age required for digital consent in their jurisdiction must only use the Services with authorization from a parent, guardian or educational institution.

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13.
