Language Coach AI is a language learning app offered by COACH AI SL (“Language Coach AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Our services (“Services”) include access to a wide variety of learning content for a range of language proficiency levels. This content is available on applications (“Apps”) for various operating systems available to download on mobile and/or tablet devices, and through our website https://www.englishcoach.ai (“Website”).

This Privacy Policy explains what types of information we collect, how we use it, our sharing practices, and your choices.

We do not permanently store users' audio recordings submitted through speaking features of the Services. Audio recordings are processed temporarily and are deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal retention practices and applicable law.

We do not use users' voice recordings to train proprietary artificial intelligence models unless we have obtained explicit consent to do so.

If you do not wish for voice data to be processed, you should not use speaking-based features of the Services.

  • the Institution is responsible for obtaining any necessary consents or authorizations for student use of the Services; and
  • we may process educational data for the purpose of providing the Services to the Institution and its authorized users.

Users under the minimum age required for digital consent in their jurisdiction must only use the Services with authorization from a parent, guardian or educational institution.

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13.

5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We may share Personal Data with certain third parties in the following circumstances:
